Welcome wagon
Hi everyone my name is Col Dunlop, I have posted a few threads and have just found this section. I live in Central Victoria in a town called Daylesford, about 100k from Melbourne,I`ve got a shed which is 12mtrsx6 yeah I know I`m lucky but SWMBO and I are on 5 acres so what`s a man to do .
Since I had to retire I have done a lot of community work which helped me become involved in setting up a Men`s Shed here in Daylesford where i`m now the manager, we have recieved a grant from the state Gov`t and are about to start to build our new shed which will be about 35mtrs x 11mtrs.
We have about 20 members on the list and we currently rent a factory which is a lot smaller, when we get going we will be getting invoved in all types of woodworking ,basic auto ,leadlighting and metal work, can`t wait, all going well should be up and running by late Feb early Mar we have been working on this for about 4 years now been a long haul but we got there.
Cheers Col Dunlop
