Woodworking Warehouse still up to standard ?
Hi Everyone,
I just got back from the woodworking warehouse shop cause i have heard lots of good things about it on this forum ( good quality products, good prices, excellent customer service etc )
how disappointing to see that the customer service was totally inexistant, the products on display barely put together, everything was rusty and dusty, no informations what so ever on most products and a very limited variety of products. On the top of that their website as been down for a long time now and the contact details do not work anymore my emails keep bouncing back.
Did I go to the wrong place or is it just not what it use to be ?
Going back to Carbatec next time

The last time I went there they had little for the home workshop just a lot of commercial machines, when I asked about this I was told that is what they do now!

I shopped there for most machinery there a few years ago, but when looking for the ever increasing workshop additions I stopped in there and alas, similar
similar experience with demo's/customer service....
But not all is lost!
Ben whom worked at woodworking warehouse now works for carbatec!!! He is a great bloke and a wealth of kmowledge.... Not taking away from the other carbatec boys in Melbourne...I haven't had a bad experience there, only a long wait time on weekends, but that just gives me more time to look at shiny things.
