In bath shower and waterproofing
I am going to fit a new bath and being a small bathroom have a shower and semi frameless shower screen over it.
Should the bath be set into the walls with the villaboard level of the bath and using the tiles and silicon to seal? or should the bath be up against the villaboard?
In the other corner opposite a vanity and a toilet in the other corner.
Do I need to put down a waterproof membrame over the rest of the bathroom?
Do I need to put a waterproof membrane under the bath?
I have a concrete floor and have removed 2 (yes two) layers of tiles, ready for tiling.
any help would be appreciated.

The bath should be chased into the wall, so the villaboard runs down over the lip of the bath.Yes. All of the floor, and up the walls a bit. Also the walls of your shower area up to above the shower nozzle, and up the walls of your bath.
No.
