A HEADACHE
I've just spent several hours using a 4" grinder with a sanding disc and then painting Cabots Aquadeck
Had to do some posts and other work around the carport and a side gate.
The result is a massive headache which must have resulted from the continuous use of the sander as I wore a mask to prevent dust inhalation.
Anybody else had this sort of problem?

Agree - neck/shoulder strain, amplified by continual facial gymnastics if it's a cheap mask.
