Well what do I want to spray?

recycled furniture, some that would be very rustic and rawish timber, other pieces would be ex commercial dining tables n chairs.
    raw MDF
raw ply and other common timbers.

there is an old airless Wagner that I found years ago and have never got around to trying

types of paints iD like to use.

std commercial acrylic tins, lacquers, ????

    where do I start?
I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

    Hi Tony,
I know that this is an older thread, but I can share what I use. I regulary use Australian timbers and a few imported timbers (Walnut, Maple and Rosewood). I use a HVLP setup by Fuji, I think it is a stage 4 and can spray a variety of finishes. I primarily use pre cat laquer for its ease of use and quick dry time. Laquer probably is not as hard wearing as some other finishes and others may be ble to assist whether it be a polyurethane or a 2 pak finish. I know some members use an air compressor as well with success, personally I find the HVLP setup better in principle.

I suggest you ring someone like Miratone, Croma Coatings or someone close to where you live and they can advise as to the best solution for you.
