Plaster sheet joins
I have an older style home that has plenty of movement depending on the weather.
Where the sheets join in certain areas of the house there is cracking. Most notably are these 2 cracks between the door architrave and cornice in the lounge room that I would like to get fixed. Is it ok just to fill with one of those selleys fillers and then sand or does this need to be taped?
Also I would like to get an archway between the lounge and dining converted into a rectangle. How much would I be expecting to pay to get a professional to do the job
Cheers
