The day has arrived.
After meeting in a revolving doorway many moons ago,
and going around together ever since, Val and I can
proudly announce today that we have now been married
for 50 years.
We now look forward to another 50.
AllanLife is short ... smile while you still have teeth.

Congratulations, Allan, that is a terrific milestone that not many can ever achieve these days. It is a credit to both of you. I have 9 years to go to reach that target.

What was door made of, maple, cedar or cheap plys? What was the finish like? Was it hung with 2 or 3 hinges?
