Metex rotary table

Wondering if anyone has one of these and is it worth the asking price + thedividing plates... Mike

From the pictures, it is a not so well made clone of the Taiwanese Vertex HV6. The brand name "Metex" could be the invention of the local seller, I can not find any reference to a "Metex" factory in China or India. $290 for the rotary table without the dividing plates and tailstock represents a great dealer margin, not a great bargain. Look elsewhere.
PS: this is my personal opinion, others may disagree.
