    Default 90 Degree bend problem

I have a drainage pipe coming out of my house at floor level - inspection 90 degree bend - and then it goes into the ground into the waste water mains.
It has developed a leak on the bend - at first I used silicon to fix it but it continues to move.
Is there a flexible bend that I can replace the rigid one with?

There are rubber boots you can buy to clamp over the top as a sleeve. I don't know how they go out in the weather though.
