Space Balls For Doors
Hi All, I am looking for 'Space Balls' or something the same for inserting between the Rail/Style and the Raised Panel in some doors I am trying to make as the pane can not be glued to the rail or style to allow for expansion and contraction. Need a Place in Sydney, They have in amazon USA but would like a local supplier.
Thanks in advance

Me Own Space 'Logs'
I went to Clark rubber and found some 6mm EPDM ithink its called, firm, but squishy. I think this will work great in the 1/4" gap from the the router bit

Just glue the center 20-25 MM of the panel into the rails. The panel will move with changes in moisture content but it shouldn't be a problem.
