Hello from a timber kinkster :)
Well, I've been lurking around this forum for a while now, reading up on solutions for a few problems. Time for me to say hi and become active
I am largely a woodworking novice. My prior experience is limited to 2 years of high school woodwork, and building subwoofer enclosures for car stereos. I have always been practical, far more an engineers by the way I think, and I study and experiment as much as I can. Self taught, but doing fairly well from what I've been told
At present, I have my own workspace taking up the back two-thirds of our garage (the being occupied by my motorbikes), and it can get a little bit cramped. I am looking to move into a new place within the next 9 months tho, and will be building a generous workshop.
As inexperienced as I am, I have begun a hobby business designing and building timber furniture and toys for people in the BDSM scene, a community that is a large part of my life. This presents some interesting structural challenges at times, especially with concealable/collapsable load bearing designs. Heaps of fun
Looking forward to contributing

G'Day & Welcome Heffa.
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for the most, very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork.
Cheers crowie
