Isn't this the same weekend as the timber and metal show thingy at Rosehill? Could be a good weekend then.....

What a brilliant day again down at Kiama arrived about 9.30 and headed straight to the best timber merchant down there. Had a quick stroll about the truck load which adorned the walls and ground..................then it hit me something was seriously wrong here I was being hassled into buying by only the little fella not the tall lanky bloke as well.
Greg you were missed by many I can assure you retirement doesn't mean from everything you know.
Still some fine wood two beautiful planks of Giddgee good job thy were out of my reach way up the back.
Usual great display from Kiama club Ted as President and demoing out the front as usual.
CNC display, Jim Davey, John and co from Traditional Tools.
Met up with the friends from OTGA lunch with them down at the Habour Co Op, it has changed hands yet again but was worthy.
The photos of the camphor slabs beside the truck and flitches were sold by lunch time.

cattle and stuff
Ray
Thanks for the kind words, I'll be there at Sydney.
But Craig from Cedar Works is coming to the farm today and we have to sort the auction details........ 3 weeks to go and a lot of timber to get ready...... Rollands Plains community is also putting up items to generate some funds and running the coffee machines etc.
Then the cattle.... floods have washed away many of the creek fences, so they need checking and the roads need work.
I've been watching Bob's comments and retirement is very difficult, so it is all a little struggle for structure in my days at the moment....
Anyway, Sydney show is only 4 months away.
Thanks again and warm regards
Greg
