Hi Forum has anyone used Feast & Watson Floorseal hard Tung oil and successfully removed/covered scratches. I have tried the F & W floor shine polish with not much success as scratches show through.

Used a 220gt sandpaper (on a test patch) as per instructions and recoated with Floorseal as per instructions, but alas scratches show through. I thought the Tung oil would allow easy repairs but this hybrid version like floorseal Tung oil is not hard enough to withstand light traffic use or flexible enough to redcoat without ripping back to bare Jarrah.

Appreciate any constructive advice
