Retro-fitting a cavity sliding door
Hi all,
Is it possible to retrofit a cavity slider in place of a standard swing door? The wall is double brick with an existing metal frame that is grouted in place.
Existing frame could be easily removed and any brick ties where the cavity slider would fit, would have to be removed (not sure how easy this would be!).
Then where to from here?? Anyone done this before?
First post - Great site by the way!
