Building regs for Intant LPG HWS
Hello all,
I'm having discussion with my builder about the location of an instant LPG HWS not an arguement yet.
My previous experience with these units and required clearance is
1. No closer than 1500mm to door or window
2. Must be flued if enclosed by walls on 3 sides eg under verandah
Yep I'm too ceap to get a copy of the regs so I can have an informed exchange with the bloke who keeps saying "she'll be right mate" but will leave the unit to be installed by a plumber I have to organise at handover.
Any advice appreciated
Mike
