Oil Finish for Rough Cut Pine Fence
Hi,
We have a treated pine fence (rough cut) with cyprus posts. It is about a year old & has started to go grey & brittle.
I don't want to paint it, just treat it so it keeps & maintains a colour. I figured some sort of oil or stain would be good, sprayed on.
The thing is there are a few products which vary greatly in price & I don't know which to use. I've been recommended Sceney's Weatherproof oil, as it is about half the price of some oils, and Cabots Timbershades as it's meant to last.
I just want something that will last & don't want to pay a fortune, when I could buy a similar product which is just as good but much cheaper.
I'd be grateful for any help,
Thanks,
Ape
