plumber disappears, no cert of comp? what do I do?
hi,
The plumber who did some minor plumbing and the corrugated roof on our new extension never sent a cert of comp. It has been over 8 months now and I have given up trying to contact him. He seems to have disappeared. What do I show the building inspector?
