    Default hello from Noosa

    hello from Noosa QLD Australia
    i am catherine ( French/Australian ), i have sailing boat a Colson 650 , composite wood and expoxy.
    you can see anchor her near the YC in Noosa river..her name is HFC , with a pink foredeck
    i am always building and modifiying boats, houses
    at the moment i am learning about trailers to have one , a very good one , built especially .while i am waiting i even build one in Timber !!
    dispite i am a women , i love technical stuff and enginering..
    i am an experienced short handed sailor , but happy just sometime to just rest and dream on my little boat....
    some people do crosswords , beeing dislexsique , i just build things.... in my house too, i can not help to collect piece of timber or wood, from the tip or recycling yard , or even drift wood from the beach..
    i recycle as much as possible ..

    Welcome to the forum. I know that you are not alone when it come to building even thou you seem to think it is gender specific. It is not.

    I know a few women that are able to build things and I know a few guys that only know what a hammer looks like.

    Being part of this forum makes us all even.
