Laying new floor boards upper storey
I am re joisting my deck which is going to become a room and I was going to use Hyjoist wood I-beams, I am going to match into the existing floorboard which are nailed to the existing joist.
Do I lay a non structural plywood down first say 12mm or the yellow tongue board? Hence to work out height of new joists under floorboards.
