Funny people the Yanks.
Look at the singers reviled by the likes of McCarthy and others = Woodie Guthrie, Pete Seegar, Bob Dylan....
Just goes to show; what do the politicians and moral gatekeepers know??

Very sad.
"To every thing there is a season
Turn Turn Turn
And a time for every purpose
Under heaven......."
RIP Pete.
I'm sure he will still be laughing about the "little boxes made of ticky tacky".

Vale! For those who are interested the Music Show on RN just replayed an interview with the late Pete Seeger.
I didn't know Wimaway was written by Woodie Guthrie."We must never become callous. When we experience the conflicts ever more deeply we are living in truth. The quiet conscience is an invention of the devil." - Albert Schweizer
