Can't post in Library threads

I can view the library threads but when I go to post in one of them, I get "You do not have permission to access this page etc"
Tried to post in "Design and Plans for projects, Toy Garage (petrol station) but I get that message. Tried to post in one of the others too but same thing happened.

I can post in all other threads outside the library okay. Its funny cos earlier on I posted a thread in Library and had no problem.

Can someone sort it out, or am I doing something wrong?

OK. You can post a thread to inform the librarian that you wish something to be included and you can respond to your own thread BUT the permissions are set so that you cannot respond to others threads.

This is basically to stop it becoming a talkfest.
