Building a new laundry out the back. It will sit on TP stumps, bearers and joists which was built at the same time as my deck.

Now, I'm looking to do the flooring for the laundry in chipboard, probably green tongue. And I'll tile on top of that.

My question: Do I lay the chipboard underwall frames, aka frame sits on top of the chipboard. Or does the chipboard butt up against the side of the frame?

Will the chipboard be strong enough to support the weight of the wall frames, roofing, etc.
