Pnuematic scrapers?

Basically I've been using a Kango with a scraper attachment from Flex tool for small to medium size vinyl removal, etc.

I recently snapped the attachment in half and so started searching online for some newer and more efficient tools for this type of work. In my search i came across these:

Was wondering if anyone has tried something like this out and so would recommend it over my Kango setup (which aint very ergonomic after an hour or so at it).

I'm also looking to invest in a concrete grinder but want something for everyday use on small to medium size jobs slightly larger than my current setup up of a good old polyvac with diamond blocks attached, any idea's??
