The Official Sydney Test Thread
'Spose we better have one, even though the only real interest is whether Australia can complete the whitewash.
For mine, I don't think they'll have any problem against this Pom team.
PS This is the first Sydney Test I'll have missed in the past 18 years because all the tickets were snaffled by bloody Poms. Well yah boo sucks to them! Hope they enjoy the game . Not that I'm nitter or anything.

They banned it because people keep throwing crap in the air which ends up on the playing field.
I don't know how they are going to stop it tho.Photo Gallery

I just hope they give the Poms a thorough thrashing ol chap.
In todays Melbourne Age they said that the Pommie team is worried about the one dayers, seeing as how they play best in tests...

They told me (in response to my whinge) that it was because one or two people threw cups of strong liquor, and sometimes urine, and it landed on children and ruined their day.
I can't figure why a parent of a child who didn't like strong liquor in their hair, wouldn't buy seats in the unlicensed area: works for me!
They stop it simply by having a Brazillion coppers and security people watching for it. Ten of them jump on the first bloke to wave, and then they carry him out of the grounds.
Everyone else looks straight ahead trying not to be noticed, except for the dobbers madly SMS'ing seat numbers to the security people, to give them more sport.
How long till we won't be allowed in if we aren't wearing a special uniform?
Aaaaarrrgh!
P (14 hours till the start)

Time to start a new era of domination.
Just leave Phil out please. If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.
