must be why its sucks so much then, never have i ever had to do a more non-pertinent course. total waste of my time and money.

All i can say is that my experience of this course has been awesome and would have definitely recommended it to anyone if it was to be running again! Yes it may be irrelevant in terms of the commercial employment being offered today however for aspiring designer/makers it pushes you to think outside the square and be experimental with ideas,materials and designs.What will happen when people get sick of mass produced and poor quality pieces? It will be a sad day if these skills are ever lost.
