square to table or square to fence
Thanks to this forum I now know how to adjust my bandsaw fence for blade drift.
I want to cut some tenons, so do I adjust the mitre gauge square to the mitre slot, or square to the (drift adjusted) fence. I'm assuming I adjust it square to the fence.
Regards,
James

I suppose you mean the shoulders of the tenon. As you are cutting only a small amount of timber it would be square with the mitre slot
