Nails required for 4.5mm cement sheet.
I am going to be laying some 4.5mm compressed cement sheet on the weekend to stud wall in the garage. It is 35mm wide studs and the sheet is new 4.5mm. I am getting different ideas on fastening. I don't want to break out on the edges when joining, so I am up for suggestions as to what nails.
I have used the locking nails for 6mm tile underlay before, and they seem pretty good!

Most any gal or zinculume nails that can be embedded will do the job. Plasterboard nails will work fine. I assume you want to stop them up.
If not use soft sheet nails they have very tiny heads that you just paint over keep them in line and they look ok for a garage. Glue the sheets as well.Great plastering tips at
