Big dilemma ,



I have bought a house which had concrete stumps put in about 10 years ago .. but was not levelled ..

So not I am thinking of levelling the house .. and changing the plaster and painting .

The Question is do I need to wait after I do the levelling for some time , or can change the plaster straight away
