cutting through reinforced concrete wall
we are looking at a property that was formerly a Com Bank branch. it still has the old vault which we are thinking about turning into a bathroom. the walls seem to be concrete about 55cm thick and i imagine they had two layers of reo to discourage out of hours withdrawals. the floor is most likely the same. has anyone cut through a vault wall before? legally, preferably...
