    Default On a serious note

How many forumites take an interest in the jokes submitted?

A breakdown of the last 28 jokes reveals that they averaged
    only 3 responses each.

Deduct three of those which attracted 15, 10 and 8 responses
and the average drops to 2 on each.

When you consider that 7 of the 28 received no response at
all I would think that some contributors we be disappointed.

Ok, I know, some forumites will jump on me and claim that
the jokes are just not funny enough, so let's get some action
from them and put a smile on a few faces.

    What do you think !

    Ya stats suck Allan ...........why??

Repetitive Jokes should not be included in the stats

Jokes as old as yourself discarded from the stats

now there is 50% of the stats gone

and i like Chris have buggered it yet again

While I enjoy most of the jokes, I see no reason to reply to them. They're jokes, not political manifestos.

Yup, you should be paying more attention to the views rather than the replies.

Yes Cliff and Nick, I do look at the number of views and that
is food for thought. Surely if we see a joke has had 300 odd
views and only one person has seen fit to show their appreciation
the contributor would feel a bit miffed...providing it was funny.

Sure not every joke is an original and just about every one is
a regurtitated version of one we heard last week, month or
year or so ago. New jokes don't just grow on trees for woodies.

Ray, joking about my age. By the time you get to my age you
will have forgotten all the good jokes and be recycling too.

By the way, good to see you are all reading this section in
    between woodworking/woodturning and other pursuits.

What money none left after newer car ( 2007 Forester)

Nah injured top of my right hand hit it against the tension knob on the outrigger of the Nova. Right on top of tendon artery and bone, badly bruised it was healing well but due to having to use it to move around yep upset it again.

You'd be beside yourself trying to wheel one handed.... again & again & again.
