    Default Whittle waxes hardwax oil

Just thought I would post about this product. I got a can from Timbecon as I had enough of their rewards points to get it for free so I got the satin version of it to try it out. I can only compare it to Osmo poly x as thats all I've used.

It isnt as viscous as osmo and is also a little lighter. I would say whittle waxes is very slightly more yellow compared to osmo (or, osmo is slightly more amber).

It goes on exactly the same. 2 coats with roller or brush. grain is raised after first coat. sand with 600-800 after first coat and then 800-1500 after second coat. Feels exactly the same when finished.

Im sure it can be buffed on like osmo with non abrasive pad but ive never tried this with either.

It is always good to try out different products. Maybe the next in line would be Livos oils??? There certainly is a difference in smell.
