Cannot Start New Line Or Paragraph.

When I hit enter the curser won't return down to a new line.

Get rid of Internet Explorer and try Firefox, Chrome or Opera etc.

If you're not using IE or it still doesn't work with a different browser please let me know the following:

• What browser are you using and version?
• What computer type - (Desktop, laptop, tablet, phone)?
• What system Microsoft, Apple, Linux?

The more info you impart the better chance we have of tracking down your problem.

If you are using Internet Explorer, and wish to try the following - this may also rectify the problem:

Go to "Settings" at the top right of the screen. In there, look down the left side, almost to the bottom, and under "My Settings", you will find "My Account", which has a section in it "General Settings". Click "General Settings", and scroll 2/3rd of the way down. Under "Miscellaneous Options", you have a choice of "Message Editor Interface". Set this to "Basic Editor - A simple text box".

Close down Internet Explorer, and reopen it. Test posting again, and the problem should be resolved.
