As an old petrol head, I saw Stirling Moss race at Albert Park in the 1956 gran prix. John.

The bugger nearly ran me over at the ‘95 Goodwood Festival of Speed! At the time I thought: “That’ll learn me not to cross the track at the track crossing point during the designated track crossing period.”

    RIP you old road hog!

I saw him race at the old Riverside track. Now a shopping center.
I'm guessing but that was 1961.

We were only there for the Saturday race and he was racing a Sunbeam Alpine(?).

    A classy gentleman, RIP.
