Vintage Stanley Catalogues

Hi all,
I've just scanned a couple of old Stanley pocket catalogues (1926 and one about 20 years earlier) and put them on my website. Navigation is primitive at the moment, and the scans are individual pages (jpg format) as I haven't yet had the time to put them in a PDF and tidy up the web pages. Hope you find them useful and interesting.

Based on the style of cam rest and plane bodies shown in the illustrations, I would think the older catalogue must date somewhere between 1910 and 1915. The new style cam shown came on the scene around 1910 and the body style changed slightly in 1915.

I think you could be right. The earlier catalogue mentions that the Bailey planes have been the standard for "more than forty years", and the 1926 catalogue changes this to "nearly sixty years" so the two, I would guess, must be separated by about 15 or so years.

I've now added PDF files to the above website. The images are still available, and the PDFs are just the images packaged up into a more convenient format. Let me know if there are any problems.
