Undercoat and White Gloss Paint Recommendations
I am looking for a high quality product that will last well outdoors. Happy to pay premium price. Anyone had good success with a particular paint?
It is for hardwood outdoor furniture.

Standard: A few coats of Wattly Solargard
Premium: 3-4 coats of marine epoxy (such as West System) before assembly, paint with a two pack polyurethane marine paint (such as Nothane Gloss) after assembly. The epoxy is there to seal out moisture, the paint is there to protect the epoxy from UV.
The premium approach will cost you 2-4 times as much as slappin' on some solagard.
