Question Build new bathroom or renovate existing…? Need advice

Hi all, we need a disabled access shower. The current bathroom is tiny with a terrible layout so renovation would be back to studs, rerouting all plumbing and drainage with new positioning for loo, vanity and shower. The floor is tiled concrete on bearers with about 60cm clearance to ground level.
A new bathroom could be installed in the third bedroom (unused atm). We would likely then gut the old bathroom and join it with remaining ex-bedroom space to use as a sunroom.
in your opinion, what would be easiest and most budget friendly option???

Without onsite inspection it is impossible to say but once you need to relocate plumbing and drainage costs will go up.

If you are moving the services you may well be better moving them to a location that better suits your needs.

one advantage of building a new one is you can still use the old one while it is being built.
