Default I have a Grand Daughter.

My daughter presented a baby girl at 1:01am today.
I was standing by for news at home, FB Messenger is very handy for this, photos & all.
I have coffee, not exactly awake yet but I have coffee.
I have this from the new Mum.
"Everything is going well. She was only 36wks+6days... so she is 1 day off being 'full term'. But still healthy 3.08kg or 6.8 pounds."
    Cliff.

Congratulations on the happy event Cliff - grandchildren are the best children to have, you can return them to the rightful owners once you get tired of them

Good stuff Cliff. I had no idea a grandchild could bring so much joy. Ours is only 12 months old but walks around our untidy and cluttered back yard holding onto a finger and gurgles and marvels at the smallest things. Seems like I did't have the time for this sort of thing for my own kid or didn't think about the significance of it when I did.

    As they say - enjoy!

    Congratulations!

    Hi,

    Regards
P/S 'thanks for the picture' on the previous was a mistake, I hit the wrong smiley.

congratulations and best wishes to your daughter and son-in-law.

so how soon is too soon to start posting our recommendations for kid's push-along, pull-along toys, tables and chairs, daybeds, etc?
