Default PE - X domestic water pipe

Pulled the bath out today and went on to remove bathroom tiles. Found that the pipework to the taps is plastic with copper collars. Crimped I suspect. I want to get rid of the taps Etc. How do I end cap this pipe?

Buy a cap (Sharkbite brand). On special at Masters, available at Home Hardware, not sure about Bunnings or others. They have types for plastic and copper.
