Replacing Some Timber Window Trim In Bathroom
I am looking to replace the trim around the bathroom window. Clever design means that the shower water regularly reaches the timber. Anyway, the bottom trim seems to be 90mm in diameter and the side trim 85mm (I am only planning on replacing these two pieces - the other two are fine). Are these common sizes? A quick browse at Bunnings only showed 85mm and that was before considering the depth. So:
1) Are these easily obtainable sizes?
2) What wood should be used?
3) Any additional prep when painting?
Regards, Mark
