msg files

How can I import .msg files into my Outlook address book?
I am running Office 2007 and using the utility with the programme does not work.
any one have any ideas?

Dunno if this works but according to Microsoft..


To import contact lists that were saved as a .msg file:

1. Double-click on the list to open the .msg file
2. Click on the file tab
3. Click info tab
4. Click move to
5. Click copy to Contacts
6. Click OK

Can't do iy problem is the .msg files are stored in my documents. they are full of email addresses and can't get them into the address book
