Hi there,

Very, very new to all of this. My hubby and I have recently bought our first house - was built in late 40's so needs alot of work. We have a second hand kitchen we want to install ourselves which has a cabinet for a double wall oven. I have been looking at ovens and it seems the standard hight is 888mm, I did find one westinghouse that is 1081. Trouble is the hole for the oven is too big for 888, but too small for 1081 (sorry I can't remember exact height - closer to 1081).

Do we get the smaller oven and somehow fill in the gap? or do we get the larger oven and make the hole bigger to suit? Kitchen is light grey laminate. Any suggestions muchly appreciated.
