old lathe for sale

Hi guys,
I had an email from a fellow in Brisbane who wants to pass his fathers old lathe on to someone who will make use of it. I have seen one before somewhere but can't place it's type. Does anyone recognise it. If anyone is interested in restoring it, drop me a private message and I'll put you in touch with the owner.
