Sicily and the Mafia

An American tourist was driving alone through the hills in Sicily in his Buick when he is suddenly stopped by a group of locals brandishing machine guns.
He stops and the ringleader approaches him, the Yank gets out of the car and reaches for his wallet, 'we no want your money...justa drop your pants'. The Yank is a bit perplexed and is encouraged to respond to the request with the encouragement of a point of a machine gun.
What do you want, he enquires 'you masturbate for us' was the reply. The Yank reluctantly cooperates and when he finishes he starts to pull up his pants, 'stop' shouts the ringleader. What now says the Yank, 'you masturbate again. The Yank once again complies and this performance is repeated four more times.
In the end the Yank says 'I can't do it anymore...what do you want?' the ringleader responds 'please Senor, can you give my sister a lift to town'.
