Local Authority Approval
I live in Queensland and, at present have a two car garage with two roller doors as part of the house.
I am thinking of putting up a three bay shed and using this as the garage. In the existing garage I want to put a partition wall down the centre with door in it and block up the roller door space on one side with a window and door in it so that this room can be used as a study. The other side will be my workshop. As none of this is load bearing or major structural, does anybody know if I need full engineer's drawing and council approval.
Billy
