Red face polishing a concrete wall ?

i have an old kitchen wall - previosly tiled that id like to lightly render and polish....

the polishing machines ive seen are all enormous floor based monsters.

any one have any ideas if this is possible - how ? who ?

You can get stone polishing wheels that fit in a 9" grinder, can't see it working on light render and it would be an issue with dust and mess especially if trying to maintain a polishing paste. Not something for the faint hearted nor anything I would consider.
