sikkens V's spa n deck
G'day guys i have just completed a fence with gate using 140ml merbau boards
need to finish the product as it about 12 weeks since installation lots of rain all
tannins are out need your advice on which product to use sickens or span deck

Welcome. I've used Sikkens HLS with some effect. The Sikkens Cetol looks nice but weathers badly in my opinion. No experience with spa n deck sorry.

gday mate as a painter having used both products, i find the spa and deck doesnt have to be recoated as often. generally we leave kwila up to 6 months then wash with a oxalic acid. up here in the tropics you wouldnt even thin of using a oil based product outside just turns black.

Have a look there. Cutek cd50 also seems to get a good wrap but is pricey.
