Two minutes out of a year is not a lot to ask to Remember.

This is two minutes of your life you won't ever get back but you will remember why. We are the lucky ones...never forget those who aren't here....

It is unfortunate that some of us who served are trying to forget, some with no success. It is a day that seemingly has less importance as the years pass, very sad indeed.

The war to end all wars. (Sigh)

I hope that great grand dad can't see what has been going on since.

At work today, and I had an 11am meeting scheduled. Nice that all in attendance agreed to observe a minute's silence at the start of the meeting. Lest we forget.

    Default 11am

The last post was sounded on the PA where I work to mark remembrance day.
The site was originally an Army hospital from 'The Great War'.
We will remember them. Lest we Forget.
