Credit Card Fraud
Yesterday when I checked my bank statements I found a number of Visa card transactions from the US which are spurious. I have reported it to my bank.
Interestingly these are against SWMBO's Visa card and she has never purchased anything internationally.
One of them is from PAYPAL and she Does Not even have a PAYPAL account.
A few months ago I got an email sent to all paypal clients advising of a class action against Paypal but I didn't keep it as I didnt have any issues with Paypal at the time. Hopefully someone on this forum has a copy of the Paypal class action advice and will forward to me. I think it is time to consider all options.

card fraud
Sorry I cant help on the paypal request you made, but usually the credit card company give you credit on your account if you lodge a complaint against any fraudulent charge. I am sure you know that already?
