Default G'Day from the top-side of the globe

I just ran into this sie, and it looked interesting. Won't be visiting in person, but it's easy to send electrons from frozen Minnesota to Oz.

    Looking forward to good reading.

Hi Walt, welcome to the forum. Hope those electrons thaw out before they reach down under.

Walt, are you the ghost of Disney past? Welcome to the forum anyway.

I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

    Hi Walt c
When you said G-Day from the top side of the globe.
I then thought you were going to say you were Santa Claus.

Happy Christmas and enjoy the forum.

Welcome Walt. It is interesting to think about what is the top side of the world. From space how would you know what is up and what is down? I wonder when the convention of calling the northern hemisphere the top of the world began? Whatever, your electrons have the advantage of travelling more downhill to us in Australia and so will come quicker than our replies to you.

Welcome, this is really an international forum site, and there are some active and experienced woodworkers who regularly visit here.

    Hi Walt, welcome.
Frozen Minnesota, and a snowy Holland, right now it snows like crazy.
I have a penfriend in Elgin, near Rochester, heard enough snow stories from her.
Tried to pick up some heat from Down Under, but till now without any success

And we've got a hour drive planned on the 24th. I think I need to hire some reindeer.
