    Default Ecowoodoil

    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has heard/used ecowoodoil on the deck. A guy in my street swears by it ( tho, not on a merbau deck which I am building)

Really interesting to hear peoples views,,

    Cheers

I used that on my deck and for the most part I am happy. It performed very well under cover, however not so well in fully exposed areas.
Although I don't have anything to compare it to ... so for all I know most/all other decking oils would look this weathered in the same situation.
    Cheers.

    Vernon.

How long before it started to fade so to speak?

The stuff under cover was still very good after 12 months. The fully exposed - probably started to fade at 6 or 8 months.
    Cheers.
